With the annual LRC Dechmont Trail races taking place next day it was noticeable that the marshals for the Trail Race were laying out fast Parkrun times at a sunny Livingston Parkrun. Whilst those racing next day were Parkrun Volunteers. PBs for Claire and Stephanie, with a return to faster times for Karen, it seems simply playing rounders all day for the last 4 weeks has eased all their work stress?

Emma P fresh for her spotlight on the Lothian Facebook public page, ran a stonker to go 91 secs faster than her June Handicap. With Kirtsen P and Karen also going quicker than their handicaps the top of the European League is looking tasty. Stuart H improved his net time by 26 secs for June, Stuart I am afraid to say it ain't that big a trophy.
