Change of start time for the Wednesday Social Run

Following several Run Leader meetings, our LRC Run Leaders decided to put out a survey to all members about the start time of the Social Run. The majority of respondents said either 7:00pm or 6:30pm suited them, with over 40% indicating 6:30pm was their preferred start time. So when the clocks change at the end of March we will also change the Social Run start time to 6:30pm from Wednesday 1st April.

As a reminder, the Social Run is usually around 8km with three stops each of a minimum of two minutes to allow us to regroup. Each week there are three positions for our Run Leaders, an actual Run Leader who ensures a steady pace of around 6:20 - 6:30 min per Km and leads the way, a Middle Runner who ensures that the group follows the Run Leader and does not take any wrong turns, and a Tail Runner who runs at the back and ensures everyone is included.
