With both Club Championship and Spring Handicap points at stake it was a big turnout yesterday by LRC at Livingston Parkrun. First of all, congratulations on Course PBs to David, Neil, James, Kenny, Mark, Hazel and Gregor, great running.

Omar was only 11 seconds slower than his PB and is now sitting top of the World League. The PB for Hazel sees her in 3rd in the same League, narrowly ahead of Kenny by only 2 points. If someone next week runs between 35 and 46 seconds faster than their handicap then those places will reverse.

As forecast in previous reports there may have been a bit of pacing going on yesterday. Russel and Alastair suspiciously look as if they have lost a yard from previous runs! The warm weather suited previous winner Jim who ran 52 seconds faster than his handicap to relegate Kirsten to 3rd in the European League.

27 runners have still to record a time at Livingston Parkrun in June and there is only week left.
