We are definitely getting to the business end of the Spring Handicap. Today we had 8 new PBs for Livingston Parkrun including Caitlin, Judith, Callum, Scott, Ryan, Driss, Danny and Moray. No offence but some of these are mature runners that have done over 200 Parkruns and are still improving!

With 3 weeks to go all June Points and Total Points are provisional, hence they are in italics. In the Champions League Philip now only has a 1 point lead over Judith. (In terms of arithmetic, for Judith to overtake Philip someone needs to beat their handicap time by 95 secs but less tan 113 secs. Come on Johnny you have got this!) Mick holds onto the 3rd spot for now.

Europa League looks tight with Sandy still in top spot. Ryan has moved off the bottom, “climbing” half way up the table you could say. With Karen beating her handicap time by 59 secs the medal places could change quickly over the last 3 weeks.

In the Conference Alan put in a shift today to consolidate his lead at the top, Danny ran a PB, it looks as if 2nd spot could be his. Ted eventually remembered he had entered the Spring Handicap and turned up today, was good to see him even if it was 10 weeks late!
