A brilliant turn out this week at Polkemmet. Of the 1st 11 finishers 9 were Lothian RC, Moray, Driss and Danny were the first three home. Rumour has it that Moray may have set a new course record. Driss completed his 50th Parkrun and Kirtsy completed her 150th Parkrun.

With one week to go before the competition splits into three Leagues we have joint leaders. Jude and Philip provisionally share the lead. Only 10 runners have bettered their handicap time at Polkemmet, with some suggesting the course is “too brutal”.  As a result Owen has decided that we need more hill training and has planned an “enjoyable” session at Beecraigs.

Shout out to Stacey who is coming back from injury and was 54 seconds ahead of her handicap time.
